NEW REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

FALL 2019/2020 REGISTRATION - Click on the following link. https://base.communityroot.com/ IF YOU ARE WAITLISTED FOR A PROGRAM, PLEASE REGISTER TO BE ADDED TO THE WAITLIST SO WE CAN ADD YOU AS WE GO THROUGH OUR CAPACITY. PLEASE ALSO ADD ONE CHILD AT A TIME - DO NOT SELECT BOTH AT THE SAME TIME.

SUMMER 2019.... Please register your child for the grade they are CURRENTLY in. https://base.communityroot.com

There are a few things to note:

- If you have a state voucher you MUST register your child at the POND STREET office. Please do NOT register on-line.

- If you have multiple children, you MUST register them separately UNLESS they are in the same grade level.

- If you are registering a KINDERGARTENER and you don't know the school, please choose MONATIQUOT. We can change this when your child is placed.

-Please realize we need new and up to date registration forms EVERY YEAR as required by the state, so please do not assume we know ANY information about your child.

-Medication forms and summer trip schedules are in the downloadable forms section under the above link.

-FOR SUMMER ONLY, please register your child for the grade they are CURRENTLY IN (grade during 2018/2019 school year).

The deposits per week are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please don't register more than ONE child at a time.

There is a $55 registration fee/child.
